Why should I not visit a physical store located in my neighborhood?

It’s not always required to visit any of such stores. Most of the time its software error or a technical glitch which can be resolved over the Internet by taking a remote access. Additionally, you get a professional advice and guidance for a longer period. If it can’t be resolved by taking remote access, even then visiting a physical store is pointless because… again like we say it No Problems At All!! We will send the field technician to you!!

Additionally, It is always advisable to take a backup of your personal and important data before starting any troubleshoot. How do I know if the the amount that is being charged is justified?

If you look at our Plans page you will find the charges are actually very nominal. We have plans for every budget. One can opt for a one time fix or go for an extensive support plan for a longer period of time. There are people who may call you and claim the work can be done in a lesser amount but please be cautious, as in order to provide top of the class professional services there are certain standards that have to be maintained. There are regular skill upgrades and technical trainings that our technicians go through so that they can deliver skillfully.

How long will my repair/service take?

We normally take care of most technical issues within 2-3 days, we also offer a 24 hour priority service (subject to availability of parts if needed). If its just a part that needs to be ordered, we send it immediately by the next day delivery. We realise how difficult being without a working computer can be and we will always try to get it back up again as quickly as possible.

How much will my hardware repair cost me?

We will always offer you a fixed price for the hardware repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will mention a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose the fault first, we charge a nominal fee as labour charges which is waived off if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any sudden surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.

Can you replace cracked/damaged laptop screens?
